Κέικ με λευκό κρασί

Ένα πραγματικά «μεθυστικό» κέικ με κρασί και ρούμι. Θα σας αρέσει πολύ!

Υλικά

200γρ. αλεύρι που φουσκώνει μόνο του
200γρ. ζάχαρη
170ml ηλιέλαιο καλής ποιότητας
3 αβγά
200ml κρασί λευκό, ξηρό «Αριούσια Χώρα»
1 σφηνάκι ρούμι
20γρ. μπέικιν πάουντερ
λίγο βούτυρο για το άλειμμα της φόρμας

Εκτέλεση

Προθερμαίνετε το φούρνο στους 180°C
Βάζετε στον κάδο του μίξερ τα αβγά με τη ζάχαρη και τα χτυπάτε καλά μέχρι να ασπρίσουν.
Προσθέτετε το ηλιέλαιο, το ρούμι και το λευκό κρασί και αναδεύετε σε χαμηλή ταχύτητα.
Αποσύρετε τον κάδο από το μίξερ και προσθέτετε λίγο λίγο από σουρωτήρι το αλεύρι μαζί με το μπέικιν πάουντερ.
Ανακατεύετε με μια σπάτουλα μέχρι να ομογενοποιηθούν καλά τα υλικά.
Αδειάζετε το μίγμα σε βουτυρωμένη φόρμα για κέικ και ψήνετε στο φούρνο για 40 λεπτά. Αφήνετε το κέικ να γίνει χλιαρό και σερβίρετε.
